HypnoMassage
HypnoMassage is what I’m known for - let’s say it’s my USP.
Each HypnoMassage session is a luxurious two-hour experience designed to relax both mind and body in the most profound way possible.
We begin with gentle, solution-focused conversation to understand what you’d like to shift or strengthen, setting a positive direction for the session ahead.
You’ll then receive 40 minutes of relaxing massage to ease physical tension and help your nervous system settle. I’ll then guide you into around 30 minutes of soothing trance work, using my voice to deepen relaxation and support positive change. The session finishes with 20 minutes of a more energetic, stimulating massage to get you ready and energetic for the rest of your day.
There’s also the option to include Reiki if you’d like an added energetic element to your session.
Clients often leave feeling lighter in their body, deeply relaxed, calm in their nervous system, and more positive in their mindset.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

It’s a practical, forward-thinking therapy that helps clients achieve lasting, positive change in a relatively short time - normally between 8-12 sessions.
And, unlike traditional forms of therapy that focus on exploring past traumas or deeply analysing problems, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy emphasises the present and future, encouraging you to focus on solutions and positive outcomes.

Massage Therapy
I started offering massage because - as an avid receiver of massages myself - I often left sessions feeling that something was missing. That “thing” was care - the true connection and attention that makes a session feel genuinely restorative. The space to ask for what you need or want.
In a way, my massage sessions are me creating a space I always hoped for: where you feel fully seen, supported, and cared for. A place where you can really let go in.
I’m qualified in Quiromassage level 1 through the Maya School of Massage, and I combine this training with intuition and intention to guide each session.
When you arrive to me, I want you to feel it’s a space where you can completely relax, knowing that your body and needs are truly looked after.
Reiki & Trance
I’m a Level 2 Reiki practitioner trained in the USUI Japanese system, offering a gentle, supportive energy healing experience.
Reiki sessions are designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance, supporting both body and mind.
During a session, I use light touch and focused intention to guide energy where it’s needed most, creating a space for deep relaxation, clarity, and renewed wellbeing.
It’s a simple yet powerful way to recharge, reset, and feel more centred in yourself.
